Ok I know I will most likely get a lot of flack for this one. But I was wondering if anyone is a fan on the WWE. Yes I know it is scripted, but I have been a faithfull fan for over ten years now. I am just a big fan of performers, and these men and women are performers at its best. What these guys do in and out of the ring for millions of fans all over the world is remarkable. Their involvement with many charity organizations is something to look up on. I just wanted to put that out there. Just a thought.

I would have a Jon Cena poster over my bed if I wasn't 34 and trying to be a grown up.

Not for a long time, but as a kid I used to watch Bruno Sammartino, Pedro Morales, etc. I love coming to BWW and feeling old.

I am. I was a huge NWA/WCW fan growing up in Atlanta. Wrestling game on every Saturday night at 6 and we'd watch it as a family.

I'm not the type to walk down the street wearing a DX or NWO tshirt, but I have never stopped keeping up with what's going on.

In fact, I had a Royal Rumble viewing party this year. Just out of curiosity, are there any professtional wrestling fans on here?

My all time favorite is Ric Flair. The guy was just the perfect heel in the late 70s and all through the 80s.

Lately I've loved what CM Punk has been doing.

I wish I was born sooner to got the chance to see Bruno Sammartino wrestle, but sadly being born in 1991 I missed it Just out of curiosity, are there any professtional wrestling fans on here? He is being inducted into the Hall of Fame this year! (About time). Also I am a HUGE Cm Punk fan, and I have allways thought that he would be an excellent actor on broadway doing plays. Maybe when he decides to quit wrestling someday he will come over the the theater world! One can only dream.

My brother and to a lesser extent my sister were fans growing up, but I didn't pay much attention. I only really remember a 1980s Hulk Hogan's Rock and Wrestling cartoon and that it used the Jim Steinman/Bonnie Tyler instrumental for Ravishing in the credits... And I'm sure I had some crushes the times I did watch.

I know the WWF/WWE are often called "soap operas for boys" (whatever that means,) and as a soap fan, now with the slow death of daytime soaps it's interesting that a number of the writers have been hired for the WWE as "head writers." I tried reading a bit about one writer I particularly like but most of what I found was a lot of fighting among wrestling fans about how soapy and "plot based" the characters and fights should get.

My favorite was Tony Garea.

I'm a huge WWE fan and I also watch ROH(Ring of Honor) and TNA(Total Nonstop Action)

I've been watching it since I was a little kid and just never really stopped. I try to go to WrestleMania every year and make a nice vacation at out of it. I don't have to travel this year though since WrestleMania is in the Meadowlands.

I highly recommend going if you can, it really is something else to experience.
