No, she hasn't been cast...yet! But we all know how much Kristin loves the books, displayed an interest in the character, and really, can you picture anyone else embodying the role as fully as she could??

At Picktainment.com, we've been working on a series all about casting the Hunger Games films, and our latest installment features Effie. We desperately want to see Kristin fill that infamous pink wig!

I can totally see Kristin as Effie, but I wonder if the role is too small for her. Plus I don't want Effie to have any impromptu songs.

By the way, everyone should read this series.
