I wish there were extras. Like "Laurie picks up a radio station on her new braces."
It's always Amy! Amy Amy Amy!
And Laurie is a boy, Namo. Geez.

My friend Joey didn't realize Laurie was a boy at first. And then when Beth get sick he got so sad that he had to put the book in my other friend Rachel's freezer!

Was he trying to kill the rest of the characters, too?
Your friend Joey isn't very smart. He sounds like one of those stupid soap opera actors.

Shut up. He taught me all about "smell the fart" acting!
If I'm not mistaken, Joey is not so great at French though.
Very excited for this!
This is actually it's second release on DVD. It was originally released by Koch Vision on October 9, 2007.

LITTLE WOMEN 1979
You mean my friends and I could have been making fun of this for 5 years now?!
Is this what turned Meredith lesbian? The cover art is about to turn me lesbian.
The mini-series was a ratings hit so NBC decided to turn it into a weekly series. Susan Dey amd Meredith Baxter Birney opted out of the series and were replaced by Jessica Harper and Susan Walden respectively. Eve Plumb who as "Beth" died in the original mini-series proved so popular with viewing audiences that they brought her back as cousin "Melissa".
Needless to say the series bombed and was pulled fairly quickly.

That looks like Karen Allen.
I think NBC should bring the show back and call it "Melissa!" It could be like WHITNEY but with three sisters and a cousin all throwing quips around like it's nobody's business in late 19th century Massachusetts. With Maggie Smith as Aunt March and Susan Olsen as Marmee, it's sure to make SMASH's ratings look like the premiere of THE L.A. COMPLEX (which is actually a really good show)!
