Take a few deep breathes, relax, and think positive.

You'll do great, hon. re: freaking out

If they're courting you, then there's a good chance they'll LOVE you. And hey, if it's over the phone, you don't even have to look nice. Best of luck!

Oh, and I second erika.

You've got the power -- they are courting you. No need to worry. Sounds like they're looking for a reason to hire you, not for a reason to not hire you. So, there is nothing to worry about. If it is meant to be, it will be.

Otherwise, screw em. re: freaking out

What a wonderful compliment that they are courting you! Relax, you've got the upper hand. They already see something they like in you.

Good luck!

I had a phone interview while I was on vacation; best phone interview ever. I was so relaxed, they loved me. The job didn't pan out - long story - but still, relaxed is best.

Overreact much? It's a common error, which was made by more than just you in this thread.

Just passing along something to clear up commonly misspelled words. Learn it, love it, ues it.
