I'm allergic to molds and for that reason I'm supposed to lay off of cheese. But I get a hold of those LC wedges and I can't stop eating them! I just love them.

Are those the ones that come in a circular box and are gruyere cheese?

La Vache Qui Ri!

They come in wedges in a round box, or in little cubes.

They are Weight Watchers staple. I love the Light Swiss on Garlic or Onion melba rounds and a round of turkey pepperoni. Yum.

I've never tried Garlic & Onion. Just the Light kind, which I actually enjoy just as much as the original, so yay.

When I lived overseas, the TV commercials for this cheese featured a rhyming jingle:

"La Vache Qui Rit -
The only one for me!"

It just wouldn't be quite the same if they named it the Laughing Chicken.

I LOVE LC cheese!

It's so expensive, but addictive. It's like they put crack in them.

Am I the only one who remembers the hilarious radio ads that Laughing Cow ran about 20 years ago? They featured a socially mobile Jewish couple with a daughter named Tiffany. The ads were so funny I almost ran my car off the road when they were playing.

I dig Laughing Cow! I like the Light Babybels (the little rounds that come wrapped in the wax) with apples. I love the wedges as well (these were my Weight Watchers staple).
