It'll be interesting to see how this all plays out since now a. they don't want to give Jimmy Fallon a new studio and b. they're concerned about Kimmel being in LA alone.

On the contrary. They are ripping out three floors in 30 Rock to make a huge new studio for Fallon construction has already begun. They are gutting 7G, 8G and 9G and making a raked orchestra and Mezzanine. Eugene Lee is supposedly designing it.
