Please sign this petition. I hear that the powers that be read this board on a regular basis and we need to help Robbie with his dream.....
We, the Undersigned, with all our hearts and souls, beg BroadwayWorld.com's artistic Director Mr. Jamie McGonnigal to include the amazingly talented Mr. Rob Maitner in the upcoming Standing Ovations Concert. This supreme entertainer has been on the brink of stardom for DECADES and if he does not get the attention he deserves very soon...well...lets just say...Norma Desmond Territory. So how about it, Mr. G? We have all been waiting for Robbie’s big break. Don’t let his dream die. Don’t let him languish in the shadow of the Varleys and the Nevinses and the Alanses. It is time to move the man into the spotlight and let him SHINE! He is ready for his close-up!

I am all for the fabulous RobbieJ being featured at SO3, but if that doesn't pan out, Robbie shared with me last week that we can see him in his own show on May 7th at 7 at the Duplex. Swoon!

The only time a petition was ever circulated about me was when the cast of the Boston SECRETS EVERY SMART TRAVELER SHOULD KNOW petioned to have me keep my clothes on for the song 'Naked in Pittsburgh'.

This is Jamie McGonnigal's intern writing, as Mr. McGonnigal doesn't actually read the message boards, but he does tell me how I should respond to those of you here.
He wanted me to convey that he had a lovely time with all of you after Monday's concert and is looking forward to seeing you all at SO3!
As for petitions, Mr. McGonnigal would be happy to consider such a petition along with Producer Robert Diamond, as posted previously, when accompanied by cash donations.

McG's intern, tell Mr. McG that as much as we would LOVE to hear Neverland one more time, or that song 50 Checks from the upcoming Catch Me If You Can, because we love them EVERY TIME WE HEAR THEM, he has not lived until he hears our Robbie's moving rendition of Wind Beneath My Wings.
