i didn't think the all steve smith all the time and nuttin' else game plan was going to work. but it doesn't really matter as they are both lambs to the slaughter before my steelers.

I want to see the Seahawks win the Super Bowl. I don't bear a grudge against the Steelers for beating the Colts last week because even I admit they deserved to win that game. I DO bear a grudge against the Steelers for the 1996 Colts-Steelers playoff game. I still haven't forgiven them for breaking ten years old heart with that crappy call!

SHAUN ALEXANDER, ladies and gentlemen!!! Actually, while I was concerned (OF COURSE) about his concussion, I was glad to see the 'Hawks could win a game without his being a factor at all, last week. It proved they'd have a chance over the favored Panthers. And they did. I am so happy for them, but especially for my beloved Shaun (LEAGUE MVP!!!) for getting to his first ever superbowl before Peyton Manning (who I have come to respect as a QB despite his association with the evil U. Tennessee). GO 'HAWKS!!
However, the Steelers have looked downright dominant. I harbor no animosity against them and have liked them since the TB/Swannie days of the '70's. Either way, should prove to be a good game.
