Posted: 11/7/12 at 12:38amAnd to clarify, Trump called for a revolution because Obama lost the popular vote and won the Electoral College. Wasn't a problem when Bush was appointed president by the Supreme Court under the same circumstances, was it, Trump?

Posted: 11/7/12 at 7:46pmI watched Fox News last night and it was all very well done with lots of levity and laughter. That is because they have their NEWS reporters covering the election, not their political commentators. Now if Romney had won, the spectacle at MSNBC, now THAT would have been something!!

As of this moment, Obama leads in the popular vote, 51.2% to 48.8%. That lead will probably grow a little, since a lot of the votes left to count are in California. The knuckleheads at Fox 'News' were pushing the popular vote early in the night although it should have been obvious that Obama would eventually overtake Romney. Their coverage last night was pathetic and embarassing.
The cocoon in which the far right exists is detrimental to our process. They're hurting our country with disinformation and denial, and suppressing real Republican contributions to our dialogue. They're so busy trying to drag the country farther and farther to the right that they can't even recognize a moderate president.

Posted: 11/8/12 at 12:01amI thought it was quite clear that Trump deleted the revolution tweet because he realized/someone told him that Obama was going to win the popular vote and the electoral college.

Nah, it was definitely an NBC suit who called Trump threatening to end their relationship with him. Brian Williams may have editorialized his feelings about Trump's statement but he is the voice of the network.
I really see Trump on the network a zero-sum game. You could probably put high profile wealthy person in that spot and it will do the same ratings when you consider most people watch the show to see the freak show/'where are they now?' factor with the celebrities on the show.

Posted: 11/8/12 at 1:01amNBC tried to dump Trump years ago. Martha Stewart had her own edition of The Apprentice and it didn't do nearly as well as the Trump version. They ditched Stewart and went back Trump.

Posted: 11/8/12 at 2:20amThe Martha Stewart version was stupid, though. She wrote them a parting letter. If you put another asshole in the chair, it would work. She was too MarthaBot.

Posted: 11/8/12 at 9:41amMSNBC had no news coverage at all. THey had all their lunatic lefties playing at "News Anchor" while actual news reporters like Brian WIlliams and David Gregory were nowhere to be seen.

....anyway, Fox News is a Joke. Jon Stewart DESTROYS Them and what little(if any) credibility they had.

Posted: 11/8/12 at 10:20amMikey, obviously you didn't even WATCH the coverage on MSNBC- Brian Williams and David Gregory were both prominently featured and, in addition to their line up of left-leaning pundits, they had Steve Schmidt, John McCain's campaign manager in 2008, as part of the panel all night.
