I think that the guy in the suit might be a helucination of Jack. There is an upcoming episode where there is a man that looks a lot like him in a body bag and Jack is near him. maybe next week, well discover "his secret" since they have already done Kate and Locke

This show is SO. FREAKING. AWESOME. It's my new weekly ritual with my mom.
I'm not sure whether to be happy or annoyed at all the parallels with Lord of the Flies.
LORD OF THE FLIES SPOILERS! STOP HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT THEM!
Plane crash, deserted island, the hunting now, some mysterious beast in the jungle, the beach as the "safe zone..." And the whole idea of the beast being within themselves...yeah... I'm struggling with loving Lord of the Flies and not wanting this show that I'm enjoying so much to rip off it. But mostly I've just been intrigued by the parallels rather than annoyed that their overstepping it.
END SPOILERS!
But Locke in this episode...wow. His story is COOL. But I want ALL OF IT, danggit!

I'm not so sure about the split, because I have a feeling it's gonna take us down more predictable roads ("Ugh! People on beach bad!" "Ugh! People in valley bad!"), but I guess we'll see.
