On Saturday, watched the Mets get beat by Boston 3 to 1. John McEnroe threw out the first pitch. The bobblehead doll giveaway was Jesse Orosco. And the head wasn't very bobbly. What's with that?
Fun game, especially watching pinch hitter Papi slam an almost-homer and then get almost-out by hobbling to second.
How come they don't do the wave at Citifield? They are the quietest crowd. At Fenway we don't need no stinking signs to make us clap. With my order of group tickets the Mets give you four more free for a future game, so we're going again Oct. 3 to see Mets v. Nats.

I got an e-mail the other day saying that one of the perks for buying Mets group tickets was the opportunity to purchase a 2015 Mets Postseason Strip which includes tickets to all 12 potential Mets home games that could be played at Citi Field.
So, I bought a strip. But I only intend to go to one World Series game should they get that far. I plan to sell all other tickets, should those games be played. So private message me if interested.
Two tickets, Section 520:
• One (1) Tiebreaker Game
• One (1) Wild Card Game
• Three (3) National League Division Series Games
• Four (4) National League Championship Series Games
• Three (3) World Series Games

Sally, I think your offer is great, really. I never go to games though. I never go anywhere much, actually.

No problem! What I love about Citi Field is there are so many places to watch the game that you don't have to stay bolstered to your seat. There's flexibility. I hope the Mets make it to the World Series so I can go!
