I thought they sounded a lot like the Dresden Dolls. Especially the piano.

A bit, yeah. It's a little lighter than their music, though. Mac commercials use such catchy songs.

You're right, it is a little lighter. Sponsors like to use lookalike actors and soundalike music, I noticed.

So glad i found this thread, ive been wondering the same thing! mac has the best music in their commercials, and just the best ad campaign in general.

i really want a mac book air but im pretty sure i would break it in under 5 minutes
