True; Madonna's album is doing stellar business around the world.
The website also has Rolling Stone wine available, but for some reason that hasn't made the news.

Probably because it has not aged as needed yet Wizard.

Wine is aged?
(Totally kidding.)

I was looking at the site for this wine....did anyone else notice that most of the 50 states do NOT allow wine to be delivered by mail?
Also, I didn't go out of my way to listen to the new CD but got it for my birthday and I actually like it.
Glad you like it, Lorelai. Why do people find it so hard to believe that a new Madonna album would be good?
Because American Life was so awful?
I heard the Madonna wine was well aged but slightly bitter.
There are a few redeeming songs on American Life:
Nothing Fails
Easy Ride
Nobody Knows Me (I happen to like this one)
But overall, it was pretty dismal. The rapping alone...
LOL, I was thinking that too, PCB. But I actually liked the AMERICAN LIFE album, and found it more consistent than the MUSIC album. I think her weakest LP is actually TRUE BLUE (amazing songs, but nothing threading them together.)
Good one, Jersey Girl, lol!
Oh, goodie! The American Life circular debate!
YAWN
I actually think Music is her most consistent album, Wizard.
And Jerby, it was meant as a joke, note how BlueWizard put an lol in his response to it. Get over it.
Tracks I loved off AMERICAN LIFE:
Love Profusion
Nobody Knows Me
Nothing Fails
X-Static Process
Songs I hated:
American Life
Mother and Father
But we have to love Madonna and her music and her wine and her movies and her books because she loves the gays and has helped to change our culture.
I only really like (not love) Nobody Knows Me.
If this were SEX-era Madonna she'd be doing something else with that wine bottle.....ah, the innocence of yesteryear!

I felt a lot less love from her after she appeared in that piece of tripe called The Next Best Thing. I actually thought maybe she (and everyone involved with it) hated gays.
Well, I believe that director is gay. And she was playing a character.
Yes, John Schlesinger was gay. Odd how the director who gave us MIDNIGHT COWBOY also turned out THE NEXT BEST THING.
My problem with the movie wasn't so much Madonna (or Rupert) but that gawd-awful script.

She played a character that immediately bitch slipped her pet fag the minute he bit the straight hand that fed him. Unless a whole chunk of change was cut in editing, I just don't understand why she signed on for that film.
The director WAS gay. Shortly before he died, he was going off about how Madonna was the most horrendous person he has ever worked with, and her difficulty and attitude was worsening his heart condition. I'm sure you can Google it to read the entire thing.
But, I still love her!
Forgot to add that I quite like "Love Profusion."
Maybe, Kringas, to show that ****ty reality?
But, oh yes, you are in that camp that only wants happy gay movies---no showing of the reality!!
Sigh, if only she had been cast as Alma! My life would be so different and less jaded.
