Every April, we all whine we've been screwed by the IRS, but one Oregon man might actually have a point. Vincent Burroughs is suing the U.S. government and an Internal Revenue Service agent, alleging that she threatened to audit — and penalize — him if he didn't have sex with her. Burroughs said he'd never met agent Dora Abrahamson when she started calling him and sending suggestive text messages, including racy pics of herself. The lawsuit claims that a scantily clad Abrahamson even showed up at Burroughs' house, telling him his choice was no tax penalty or a 40 percent penalty, depending on whether he "[gave] her what she wanted." He says he was "intimidated" into intercourse that night. Does that qualify as filing early?
