Mario Lopez "Nip/Tuck" and "Dancing With The Stars"

Looks like Mario Lopez has gone from being a doctor on "The Bold and The Beautiful" to being a (gay?) doctor in episode 3 of "Nip/Tuck". There are also reports he is joining "Dancing With The Stars". I guess I'll have to start watching those shows!

The Bold and the Beautiful sure hasn't given Mario Lopez very much to do since his Dr. Christian Ramirez last sucked face with cancer survivor Felicia Forrester (Lesli Kay) in the art studio of Dante Damiano (Antonio Sabato Jr.).

It should be no surprise, then, that he's been taken off contract. "Mario Lopez moves to recurring status as of July 18," B&B's spokesperson tells TVGuide.com. "The decision was story line driven."

Report: Vivica A. Fox, Mario Lopez to Appear on 'Dancing With the Stars'
The list of stars lined up for next fall's "Dancing With the Stars" is one of TV's rare secrets. But some names appear to be leaking out anyway.

Stunner Vivica A. Fox and actor Mario Lopez are said to be the latest to sign up, according to Us Weekly magazine.

Harry Hamlin, husband of last year's final-three contestant, Lisa Rinna, has already been rumored to be in the upcoming crew.

He reportedly lobbied hard to get on the show after he saw how caught up his wife became in the competition.

ABC refused to talk about the casting.

The show — a surprise hit — is set to return in mid-September.

Like I said, I was flipping... not paying attention... a dance show and the guy looked like him.

Perhaps you caught a glimpse of Dmitry Chaplin on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE?, which was on last night.
