Maybe now he's hot enough to be Em's BWW av.
ss, what was the best psych class you've taken?
I always knew Grover was one of us. He's THAT cool.
I used to have a Grover avatar.
Google is a dangerous tool:
*snort*
I own that stuffed animal.
bleh, double post.
Haha! That's amazing, Chica. What *are* we teaching these kids? (I think that Grover needs an ashtray.)
what was the best psych class you've taken?
There've been a few that I really loved, but I think my favorite was Physiological Psych and the lab that went with it. We learned some really interesting things about the biological basis of clinical disorders, circadian rythms, sexual orientation, etc. In the lab, we learned how to take EEG, ECG... all of those E_Gs. I'm really looking forward to the senior seminar that I have next semester on Genes, Mind and Culture because I love the professor.

Congrats to one of my favorite people on BWW! I need to think of some questions...
Congrats! I've loved getting to know you. Thanks so much for listening to me rant, and for giving me advice. I can't wait to meet you!
Aww, thanks Lexi and Krissy.
Ooh, questions...
1. Would you rather be a nun or a prostitute?
Prostitute. That seems to be less of an absolute option...although maybe it isn't. Hmm.
2. In your house, what is the most 'sexual' thing yohave?
Underwear? I'm afraid I'm not terribly interesting in this department (although I can't say that I'd go into it on BWW if I I were).
3. Have you ever used an eraser for anything except erase?
Not that I can think of. Just erasing for me.
4. What is the weirdest thing you learned in health class
Sadly, I'm having a hard time remembering the stuff we learned in health class!
5. Would you rather swim in the ocean with your best guy friend or your best girl friend?
Best girl friend.
6. If your significant other jumped off a cruise ship- would you jump too?
Cliché, but no, I'd be running to find a life preserver or someone else to help. What's the point of putting both of you in danger when rescue depends on someone else's help anyway?
7. If your doorbell rang and you opened up to see a zebra, what would be the first thing you do- (except close the door)
I would blink several times and probably try to touch it to make sure it was real. Then I'd call a friend of mine who's crazy about exotic animals.
8. If you had to pick, would you rather smell gasoline or flatulence?
Gasoline, unquestionably.
9.Do you enjoy popping bubble wrap?
Is there anyone who doesn't? It's such good stress relief.
10. If you were able to kill either Saddam Huessein or Osama Bin Laden- who would you choose?
I would prefer not to kill anyone, but if I had to choose, Osama. They're both despicable, but bin Laden is a far bigger threat to the US (and inspires followers to action using religion, whereas at least Saddam was a secular leader).

What are your top ten played songs on your iPod?
Well, for my iPod I usually either make playlists or listen to it on shuffle, and I tend to get stuck in playlists. So, to save myself a little bit of embarassment, "Top Ten Most Played Songs Not Sung By Raul Esparza" (the real top one is "30/90" from tick, tick...BOOM!):
1. "Chess Game #2/Endgame" from Chess
2. "Johanna" from Sweeney Todd (2005 revival)
3. "The Deal" form Chess
4. "God, That's Good!" from Sweeney Todd
5. "By the Sea" from Sweeney Todd
6. "Another Suitcase In Another Hall" from Evita
7. "Finishing the Hat" from Sunday in the Park with George (OBC)
8. "We Do Not Belong Together" from Sunday in the Park with George
9. "Florence Quits" from Chess
10. "Kiss Me, Part II" from Sweeney Todd
Ack... yeah, still embarassing! I *do* listen to non-showtunes music, I do! Excluding showtunes:
1. "Sugar, We're Going Down" - Fall Out Boy
2. "The Blower's Daughter" - Damien Rice
3. "Crash Into Me" - The Dave Matthews Band (huh?--I didn't realize how often I'd listened to this)
4. "Photobooth" - Death Cab for Cutie
5. "Between the Bars" - Elliott Smith
6. "2:45 AM" - Elliott Smith
7. "Get Me Away From Here, I'm Dying" - Belle and Sebastian
8. "What Ever Happened?" - The Strokes
9. "Since U Been Gone" - Kelly Clarkson
10. "Where Is My Mind?" - The Pixies
But showtunes win, by quite a bit. I'm guessing that there's some way to see the most played songs other than using the play count when it's plugged into your computer, but I didn't figure it out.

COngrats!
Yay, SS! Congrats!
Where do you picture yourself in 10 years?
If you could pick one place to travel, where would you go and why?
,
The always sweet-and-innocent Elphie
Congrats .
Thank you, guys!
As for your questions, dear, innocent Elphie :
Where do you picture yourself in 10 years?
Well, in ten years I'll be 30... I would like to think that I'll have my Ph.D. and be teaching and doing research, gaining tenure at a well-respected university, preferably in a big city. And I see myself being one of those single women-into-their-thirties.
If you could pick one place to travel, where would you go and why?
Ooh, there are so many places I'd love to go. Right now, I've been wishing that I could go back to Italy. I was only in Florence for a day and have been regretting all of the art that we missed out on seeing. And Venice is the most beautiful (albeit touristy, although you can find areas that aren't) city I've ever seen, so I'd definitely like to go back again.
Cool!
Are you going to be in NYC at all this summer?
What's your dream role for Mr. E?
I'm trying to think of a more legitimate question.
Ooh, that's a good question!
I figured I couldn't ask the mudpit question again...
Hopefully in August, Elphie. I'm trying to save up money now. I hope you'll still be there then!
What's your dream role for Mr. E?
That's totally a legit question in my book. He's already played such amazing roles...I think that Robert in Company is pretty close to the perfect role for him in a musical. Perhaps as Anatoly in Chess? I think he'd prefer to play Freddie, but his "Anthem" would be so amazing. I'd like to see him in some non-musical roles... it would be fascinating to see him in Hamlet, and (I think Chrysanthemum originally suggested this) as Valmont in Les Liaisons Dangereuses.
Let him play Anatoly, then just keep Adam as Freddie, rewrite the book a tad...
uh huh.
I want to see him do Hamlet, too. Or any Shakespeare, really. It would certainly be interesting.
"and (I think Chrysanthemum originally suggested this) as Valmont in Les Liaisons Dangereuses."
Gee, I wonder who else played that role? Hmmmm.....
:-p
He can't escape it.
