One never knows for SURE until it's decided, but I pretty much anticipated this one
Let's see how many of our answers are the same today, SOMMS.
You are one of the reasons I stay in this 'world' - and I believe I am better off with your friendship.
Now smile brightly (don't forget the vaseline on your teeth) and do that wave that I KNOW you've practiced before!

So..1st question....if you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be and what questions would you want them to answer?
Thank y'all so very much for your kind response. This board and all of you hold a very special place in my heart.
Interestingly enough, the IT demigods choose today to inform me via big flashing sign at the bottom of the screen that "Your organization's Internet use policy restricts access to this web page at this time." I'm still getting through, and always being one to buck the system, will post on ... damn the consequence!
What is your ideal meal, SOMMSy?
Congrats SOMMS!
And keep on bucking the system!
SOMMSY..if they kick you out...go home and post today !!!

Who were your three favorite Miss Americas, and how do you feel about the pageant leaving Atlantic City?
Somms, what was your favorite vacation/travel destination?
Where would you like to travel to that you have not yet been?
...and, I hope you can have some time online to enjoy the party today!
If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be and what questions would you want them to answer?
Charles Lindburgh. I'd ask him what drove him to want to cross the Atlantic. What it was really like in the plane for all of that time and what it was like to become a hero.
What is your ideal meal, SOMMSy?
It's a strange concoction that my great grandmother passed to my grandmother who passed it on to my mother who made it once a week when I was growning up. I still make it once a week (just last night, actually). We call it Chinese Pudding (we have NO CLUE why, but that's what it has always been called). It is a layer of cooked ground beef and onions, a layer of cream corn and a layer of mashed potato's in a loaf pan. Bake and serve with catsup on top, white bread and butter, and bread and butter pickles. The last items are a requirement!
Who were your three favorite Miss Americas, and how do you feel about the pageant leaving Atlantic City?
A very easy question D. Bess Myerson for her beauty and strength of character as the first Jewish Miss America (her book is a great read!), Leanza Cornett who's platform was AIDS Education when no one else would have dared, and Shawntel Smith
who's work in preparing students for the world of work is a passion for her. The last two are personal friends.
Do you know what Miss America is in my avatar?
<--------------------------------------------
Mr. SOMMS, Mr. SOMMS!! Please sir a question or two...
1, Your favorite cooie (Moms all over want to know!!)
2, hero as a child
3, Favorite book as a child
4, How would you spend a rainy Saturday
I forgot part two of your question D.
How do you feel about the pageant leaving Atlantic City?
I actually have two answers. Change was inevitable after the television contract with ABC was canceled. There would not have been a pageant this year had it not been for CMT and Las Vegas coming to the rescue. Personally, I hate that it left Atlantic City. For the past thirty years (except this past year) I have spent the entire week of Miss America in a casino hotel with my closest and best friends partaking in my volunteer work with the television production, parties, contestant events, escorting fomer Miss America's to events, gambling and a traditional dip in the surf in AC. I hate that has ended, but I will cherish those memories.
Somms, what was your favorite vacation/travel destination?
Addy, I have gone to St. Thomas/St. John, USVI annually for eighteen of the past twenty years. I love the place, the people, and my own private beaches. I also have friends who live there so it is always special to spend time with them.
Where would you like to travel to that you have not yet been?
I want to take a cruise of the Greek Isles.

Hooray for SOMMS and a big thanks for keeping us all laughing every day! :P
Do you know what Miss America is in my avatar?
Boobs, that would be Tara Dawn Holland. I will withhold comment.
1, Your favorite cooie (Moms all over want to know!!)
2, hero as a child
3, Favorite book as a child
4, How would you spend a rainy Saturday
Mom: 1. White Chocolate Chip and Macadamia Nut Cookies. 2. Mr. Frank Lassiter who was the father I wanted my father to be.
3. The entire Hardy Boys Series. I bought (and still have) every book with my allowance money. 4. Rain and thunder are my favorite things to which to make love ... so, in BED!

2. As CotD will you declare Mister Wilson official tenor of
the day? (Bboobs would not...and he will pay for that...)

Congrats, SOMMS!!! And I'll get back to you in uno momento...but first, I totally missed yesterday, and that will never do, SO...
To Boobs, one of the very first people I ever met from BWW...here is my first peace icon...the one that was in use when I met you. You are a guy with a heart of gold. Hope yesterday was fabulous for you!
And Mr. SOMMS... what can I say? You are not only a great guy, but the only one from BWW who has met my ex-husband! How appropriate is THAT?
Have a splendid day!
I have been shockingly remiss with my questions, and appologize to any Celebrities I may have neglected. Stupid work that actually expects me to be productive!
In the spirit of all that is pompus and overblown, I bring you a questionare which has been answered by many a celebrity here at the Actor's Studio. Created by Bernard Pivot, they are probably the most important questions ever posed by humanity.
1. What is your favorite word?
2. What is your least favorite word?
3. What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
4. What turns you off?
5. What is your favorite curse word?
6. What sound or noise do you love?
7. What sound or noise do you hate?
8. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
9. What profession would you not like to do?
10. If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
now who's moist, sommsy? that's right, i am!
How many exes do you have?
That's actually a tricky question Brdlwyr depending on how you define ex. Beginning at age 22 I have been in several relationships that have all lasted three or four years -- Barry, Andy, Michael, Dave, Mark, and Dan. I am still friends with all but Dan. The last four men that I have been involved with have all only lasted in the 4 to 5 month range. If you count the number of men I have dated and or slept with, we are indeed in the triple digits.
And, do you know Kate Shindle? I do know Katie Shindle and I adore her. Her platform was also AIDS Education and she is by far the spunkiest and outspoken Miss America since Yolande Betbeze.
1. What is your favorite sandwich filling. Egg Salad
2. As CotD will you declare Mister Wilson official tenor of
the day? (Bboobs would not...and he will pay for that...)
I hereby officially declare today MW,OToD, but not because I'm afraid of you or anything. *thankful for hindsight in building air raid shelter under home*
3. If you were speaking to a group of recent immigrants to the
US, what three things would you counsel them to do? Work hard, follow their dream, and vote
4. What is your favorite 70's teen idol pop song and why?
Donnie Osmand singing anything. Drool.
5. What will be your epitaph? Is it over so soon?
6. Is it true that Mister Wilson has contacted you recently to
join his anti-beaconism task force. And, if so, did you
accept or decline? I haven't heard from Mr. Wilson although I did hear wimpering when passing the Cort Theater two weeks ago.
7. Where do you go for Spiritual Refreshment? I meditate and count my many blessings
8. Who is your favorite Musical Character and why? Cinderella
I watched Leslie Ann Waren on TV as a child and was mesmorized. My mother took me to the Disney movie as her "date" when it came out -- no siblings included. I love her to this day for that. I am a helpless romantic who desperately believes that I will find my Prince Charming.
9. If elected Miss America, what will your focus be? Getting the duct tape and butt glue redidue off of my skin
10. Who is your favorite cartoon character? Foghorn Leghorn
Updated On: 2/28/06 at 11:21 AM

1. What is your favorite word? Y'all
2. What is your least favorite word? No
3. What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally? Men
4. What turns you off? Liars and deceivers
5. What is your favorite curse word? I swan/swanee
6. What sound or noise do you love? The aforementioned rain with thunder
7. What sound or noise do you hate? booming music
8. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Porn star
9. What profession would you not like to do? Wait tables (because I would be so inept)
10. If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates
A mistake has been made, but come in anyway.
