Undi you couldn't have chosen a more special poster. Elphaba was one of the first posters that I was really drawn to and the first that I got into PM disscussions with. I have learned a lot from Elphaba and his wisdom, humor and intelligence have helped to make me a better person. He truly deserves this day.

I have been saving this picture for just the right occasion. To me it has a feel that speaks to the cycle of life. It is something that I recently experienced with my own mom, and an issue which Elphaba is dealing with now. Whether he can be here answering questions and basking in the glory of his special day, or whether he will read all of our sentiments at a later time, he truly *is* a person who is a great asset to this board...
