Good point... Craig, since this is all so new and we're just discovering some of the wrinkles, can we give Kringas until 11 am (EST), just in case he doesn't show up by 10?

hmmm.. if we keep shifting it, it's going to get all wacky I think. I mean - what about our friends around the globe who are on a completely different timetable? I think we'll leave it as is. Remember - you can name your successor early. And if we want, we can all agree that the day still belongs to the original person UNTIL 10am EST the next day - regardless of whether the person is named or not.
