I noticed it was unpinned earlier. I immediately wondered what I'd done to have the thread deleted.

While I can't "stop" you from naming a deleted poster. I believe it's probably better to pick someone who is "around"

I imagined an epic struggle between the mods that resulted in the thread being "unpinned".
There was much wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Oh, of course, Craig. I was only kidding. Frankly, though, that would easier than naming an active poster. This is hard!

You can always take the "Who's Online" names, put them into an Excel table, and fire up the random number generator.

...

Okay, thatt's too much trouble. How about Eenie-Meanie-Miney-Moe?

translation:

pick a current poster or all of the posts you've ever made will mysteriously be changed to read "i'm a dorky weenie, booty booty doo dah", your posting privileges will be suspended indefinitely and your computer will acquire crippling viruses for which symantec has no cure.

The only part of Plum's post I understood was 'eenie-meenie-miney-moe'.

I still have plenty of time. For those of you who are online, this is your chance to impress me before I make my final decision.

Oh, then we'd have to spirit Craig away to summon an anti-Kringas resistance movement, until you both finally relent and reunite tearfully in Craig's forest encampment.

(No one will get that reference. 0 people. I can almost guarantee it.)

ETA- But to my credit, I can make references people do get, too. Woot!
