Just so the opportunity doesn't slip by, I'll say that Robbie is absolutely one of my favorites here because of his sense of perspective. He's able to have a real discussion, if the need arises, but for the most part is just about having a good time.

Basically, I think many people here - including myself - should take notes.

I mean, this wasn't TRULY a "Let's Celebrate Robbie The Stupid B*tch For A Day" Thread, which he/she/it certainly deserves, that's all I'm saying. If we're going to do this more often, let's reserve a time during the day for sucking up/begging to that day's celebrity.

Margo - well it's certainly better than countless "appreciation" threads litering the board.

Does it serve any grand purpose? no. But who says everything in life has to have purpose. Can't some things just "be" ? I mean - look at so many posts on message boards without some grand "point" lol

Since this is only day 1, as another poster said - give it time for people to get the hang of it and turn "celebrity of the day" into something special/wonderful/etc

If you really want to know what RobbieJ got out of today and being the Board Celebrity of the Day - let's ask him to respond.
