The Sweet Dreams boardroom number is one of my all-time faves! And it was brilliantly executed. I really like Wade Robson (the hummingbird dance is his best) and Shane Sparks is sort of hit-or-miss. I don't miss Brian Friedman and his sculpted eyebrows. He annoyed the crap out of me. And Tyce should never be allowed to judge. EVER. Doriana's disco routines freak me out. They are INSANE! I'm always waiting for someone to fall and crack their head open. I used to love Dan Karaty. He was recently on the reality competition show, Launch My Line, but he was (wrongly) sent home first. 
Anyone know what ever resulted in the arrests made on Alex Da Silva and Shane Sparks? Both were arrested last year (in unrelated cases) of sexually molesting their students.

I don't think its a good idea to replace a firecracker personality with an angry depressed slob like Mia Michaels. She is incredibly rude, and not always in a constructive way. I think Mia is a genius choreogrpaher but is better left behind the scenes. If she loves you, you're golden, if she hates you prepare for crucifixion.

I didnt hear about Shane! I like him as a choreog and judge.
The only one whose choreog I usually dislike and personality I always dislike is Tyce...which made his breast cancer routine a real shocker.

Posted: 5/27/10 at 1:58pmFunny this should pop up again. The other night, I actually had a dream Mia Michaels was an old friend of mine from high school who changed her name. I hadn't even thought of that girl in probably 20 years. She briefly dated my brother and I had a HUGE crush on her brother. In the face, she does look a bit like Mia. In the dream, we all ended up sharing a poorly decorated Disney-themed room at a cheap motel next to the woods out in suburban Chicago somewhere. I wanted to go to the nearby casinos, but everyone else wanted to stay in the room and drink Boone's Farm.

Strawberry Hill remains my favorite. Of course, back in those days, I think there were only two or three flavors. I only remember Strawberry Hill and Country Kwencher.

Posted: 5/27/10 at 2:54pmI always enjoyed Mia's critiques and think she will be great as a judge. I think that Sonja is just as good of a choreographer as Mia and will be able to produce some great pieces in Mia's place....
