Same here. My brain runs at a mile a minute when I try to sleep. For a while, I was actually dreaming that I woke up, did a whole days worth of work, only to find out I dreamed it all.

It really screwed with me because I was starting to no remember if I HAD actually completed a task, or if I had just dreamed it.

'Kay what I am saying here is absolute truth swear on my nephew's eyes.
I admited a patient today- over 75 w chronic pain. Her meds included a fentynl patch /3days, hydromorph contin every 12 hrs, zoloft daily, methedone 3xdaily plus "breakthrough" hydrmorph every 2 hrs! (there were other meds I'm listing just the controlled substances) And she was alive and fuctioning!
So who knows what level of tolerance MJ had developed and what finally tipped over the balance?

PROPOFOL!!!!
That's what the latest drug being attributed to the resp/cardiac arrest. I mean SH*T! This is plain nuts ! Who would give this? Who would fill this? This drug is used in anaesthesia in the OR. What's next for the "feelgood cocktails" Ketamine?. If this is true- he never had a chance.

I was on a combination of Xanax, Buspar, Nortriptyline and Paxil for anxiety and depression long long ago. Nortiptyline was the best for sleeping, but only half a pill or I wouldn't hear my alarm until at least 11 AM (most amazing dreams I've ever had). Buspar was the best for regular anxiety attacks, but you couldn't miss a dose. Paxil was a mess. My manic/depressive emotions become much more wildly pronounced and intense. I flushed that crap down the toilet after the first 30 days.

I had the same response to Paxil, Mister Matt. Horrible side effects. And of course, forget about erections or orgasms.
Lamactil is my drug of choice these days. No prolems with it so far.

Seeing the entire list, one thing jumps out. He was taking paxil and zoloft!!! Those two`antidepressants are in the same class SSRI and should never be given together. Doctors will prescribe an SSRI (Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) and a tricyclic antidepressant such as nortriptyline or trazodone as a sleep aid but 2 SSRIs would cause problems with insomnia, suicide and possible psychotic behavior. Hopefully the list is inaccurate and both were not used at the same time. Additionally, adding narcotic painkillers adds additional problems then sedation with Diprivan!!! This drug is used for chemical sedation and general anesthesia and is extremely dangerous in the wrong hands. No wonder he needed xanax for anxiety.
