Mikalah is just awful. She may be able to belt, but she has NO musicality. That, and she is really obnoxious.

She'll be gone next week, hopefully. Normally, I enjoy Lindsey's voice, but she did horrible with her song selection. Oh well, goodbye Lindsey.
Personally, I'm rooting for Carrie and Anthony.

Dame--why DO you read threads about Idol before seeing the episode? As long as the thread title 1. reveals what show or film the thread is about and 2. isn't a spoiler, the thread should be allowed to go where it wants--and you just have to avoid that thread until you see the show or movie.
That's just the tough breaks.

But the two rockers are not pop singers either. That is what I like about this season. It is not just pop singers. It is not American Pop Idol.
However, I do not like Mikalah and hope she goes next week.

I think she looks like Minnie Driver with Downs Syndrome. I can also see the Barbra. She does the jewish voice/accent a lot. "Allriiiiight Siwmon."
I was really upset though, because I was madly in love with Lindsay Cardinale. Her voice wasn't that great, but she was sooooo pretty.

Mikalah and Lindsay are both horrible singers. Did you all hear Lindsay "sing" at the end of the show last night? Tragic.

She was choked up. Having a "lump in your throat" really impacts your voice. I can't imagine having to be the first person of the group to sing "goodbye" after perhaps the biggest rejection of their lives. Leave my girl alone.

I think you all are being a little hard on her. Yes, she's sixteen, but she's got spunk. As for being a Barbra wannabe, just because she talks like her doesn't make that true. You can see in her mannerisms that that is how she is as a performer. And why would anyone wanna be like that bitch, anyway?
She's got more personality than anyone else up there, and has not done anything to offend any of you. Plus, I disagree with the judges. I think her SOAPM was a great performance.
I'm for her, and hope she makes it far. Keep in mind that even if she gets voted off, she will be seen again. You all may not like her, but she's loved by many.
