There is something weird about those photos to me.

I didn't notice it at first but in the roller coaster there looks like there is a white outline. He was at Disneyland. I Googled and found numerous other shots,so he was there. Perhaps one of the photos are in question,which is odd to me.

I saw the pic yesterday of him pumping his own gas and him and Ann coming out of a gym. His hair looks longer and more messed up than usual.Him and Ann went to see the new Twilight movie the other night.

I don't begrudge him skipping the lines- I'm guessing that's what everyone who is able to do does. No matter the political leaning.

These are, undoubtedly, the most human shots of him we've seen in... years. Years and years. Since he started campaigning for the first time. Since gaining public office, maybe.

It's remarkable, really, seeing him stripped of all that artifice. His handlers would never have let him do this. Just like his handlers buried his history with his church. The things that made look most human, most relatable, most like a PERSON where cast aside for some bizarro candidate. And he allowed it.

And I think therein lies the core of how Obama won, decisively. No matter what political trappings he's had to put on and adopt, he has always appeared... like a person. Someone who isn't afraid to goof off with his wife, or play with a little kid, or be bad at bowling.
