wait, is this about childrnes roles that are SUPPOSED to be annoying?? cause Stillwell Angel was supposed to be a brat who bugged the crap out of you, that was the whole point LOL
but if you just mean annoying in general, I think Taj Mowrey on Full House was pretty bad.

Aww, I loved Stillwell in A League Of Their Own--the actor did exactly what the role required.
I know there are some I could think of, but none are currently coming to mind so maybe I'll add a couple later.
