What about that annoying kid in SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE.

Sure, I know the part is written to be annoying, but cripes...

Makauley Culkin in every movie he's ever been in (including as an adult)

"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive. "Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot." "No", mused the man from PBS heedlessy. "Not so much. Our Stephen Sondheim Carnegie Hall concert. That's a big one." Spoons, forks and knives seemed suddenly to suspend their motion in horror, all around the table.

Thank you! I thought I was the only person who couldn't stand Party Monster!

That kid in Sunday in the Park on recording is Danielle Firland - who was Little Red in Into the Woods.

Matilda is Mara Wilson.

And DJ is Michael Fishman. (Annoying????? Personally, I think not...more like eccentricly weird.)

Wow. I didn't know Danielle Firland was that little girl. But I know the role is written to be obnoxious, and the nasal sound in the harmonies of SUNDAY are purposeful, but god did it annoy me...

Danielle Ferland is great! Now -- the Little Red on the London recording of Into the Woods annoyed me. Every time she sang "a few of those PIES" I thought my speakers were going to break.

Calvin...agreed. But I do think Julia McKenzie was an awesome witch on that recording. And Imelda Staunton as the Baker's Wife...PERFECT!!!

Sorry. Threadjack.

Agreed on both. I bought the recording to hear Imelda Staunton but loved Julie McKenzie once I heard her. "Moments in the Woods" makes me laugh every time. "B-b-b-b-but this is not rye-high-hight."

I also like the guy playing the Baker, but I can't think of his name offhand.

One more threadjack moment:

I love Joanna Gleason, but Imelda puts so much more emotion in the song. You understand her confusion, whereas Joanna's lovely singing voice is all you hear.
