Yea, let her be cute Sueleen. She could do whatever she wants. Don't mess with Cheno, you're just a hater.

I don't hate her. She just need to bring it down an notch or four. She is on camera, not on the Gershwin Stage.

Not bad for a mousy midget.

re: Ms. Chenoweth in the OLD NAVY commercial

I don't think she has to try to be cute. I mean, just listen to her singing "Popular"...I myself would like to see some of her spots on "The West Wing." I've heard she's funny on that :)

I think she's a very talented girl, but I still cannot STAND the way she acts. I would hate to see her high on crack.

I was neutral - until I saw this commercial. I think I've seen it 2 or 3 or 500 times. I just can't stand to hear that voice. (And the dialogue they gave her in that commercial is almost as irritating as her voice.) Now I have to hit the 'mute' button every time it comes on.

re: Ms. Chenoweth in the OLD NAVY commercial

She's a riot on The West Wing, though I wouldn't mind seeing more of her character. For a while they wrote in references to Wicked for a while, having her whistle tunes from the show or tease reporters with tiktok references. They did cut out the Wicked references after a while, but it's just as well. Her character is essentially a breath of new life in an administration of characters who are starting to be tired after 8 years in office.

re: Ms. Chenoweth in the OLD NAVY commercial

Had the unfortunate luck to watch "Bewitched" on DVD and see this commercial for the first time on the same day. I'm starting to lose my respect of her. I understand that everyone needs to pay the bills, but she's appearing in like 7 movies next year according to IMDb. Last year she left a Tony-nominated performance in a smash hit musical. The woman is an opera singer. She doesn't need to be selling jeans!

To bad they couldn't of done something more fun with the commercial like the gap one where sarah jessica parker is singing i enjoy being a a girl.

re: Ms. Chenoweth in the OLD NAVY commercial

Chenoweth may get annoying, but she is much more than just an opera singer. Yes, she did train at Oklahoma City University for vocal performance. However, at that school, both musical theatre majors and vocal performance majors become involved in operas AND musicals. Auditions are required. Chenoweth did operas as well as musicals. She was Ado Annie in Oklahoma, as well as Cunegonde in Candide. Don't limit her. She can do what she wants. The woman may like doing movies for all you know.

End rant.

Sad times. Now that she's sold her services to the devil, I might have to stop loving her.

Somebody put this woman in a show, she could obviously use the money.

re: Ms. Chenoweth in the OLD NAVY commercial

umm Hi she's making plenty of money. Why do you think she's doing film and television? There's no money in theatre. I hardly think she's away from the stage because she can't get hired. heh

I like Cheno but that commercial bugs the hell out of me.

Not that there has ever been an Old Navy commercial that hasn't been extremely annoying.
