I was majorly hurt today by someone I cared about, and thought cared about me. I can't get into specifics now because it will make it worse. But.

For those of you that might be involved in some sort of relationship or potential relationship, always consider the other person's feelings and heart when choosing to break up with him/or and break their heart. It hurts more than I ever thought possible.

sorry to hear that Munk. Remember, it's his loss....
I'm not sure there is ever a good way to break-up with someone....it's just something that no matter how it's done, sucks.
I've always found that relationships are like jobs.......no matter how I exit one, I always end up in a better one.

Thanks guys! My sadness is changing from depression to anger - so that's a good thing! And when I get angry, I get constructive.

Elphaba - You're right, there's no easy to break up with someone. But this isn't exactly like that - we weren't IN a relationship, we've just kind of been into each other for over a year and he said he couldn't commit to a relationship right now because of his amount of schoolwork. I understood that, and decided we'd wait it out until this summer - but meanwhile, I fell for him even harder. Then I found out last night that he's been lying to me and he's had a boyfriend all along, only before they were in an "open relationship." I know I'm better than him and I know that he's a conceited liar but it still sucks. Lets go kick his ass, guys!
