You'd be accusing me of fabricating your PMs if I hadn't dug them out and formatted them and had them ready to go two hours ago waiting for your response. And I never thought about "using it to make" "you" "look foolish" (which you've just done all on your own without me having to do a thing) until you intimated that I HADN'T responded with, to use "your" word, "kindness."

I simply don't believe you. And in fact I referenced the PMs on July 6, the day you went on the attack against me the morning after my "kindness." I thought it was strange that "you" appeared to not know what I was talking about.

So now that you're backed in a corner, you're "trying." Well, the only thing you're trying is my patience. I'm glad "you" are totally exposed for the fake and the phony and the fraud that you are.

I don't know which version of "you" was the one who tried to get all sycophantic and cosy with KelRel a year ago and then SporkGoddess last week, but you should look at that experience and learn from it. These are all people with different political points of view who get along very well on these boards. But you alienated THEM too. I would urge you to learn from that experience, but there is no "you" to learn from experiences that other people are having under "your" screen name.

I am still going to try anyway. Try to get along with EVERYONE. But, can I be accepted for what I am? I mean, I am a minority on this board, Namo has pointed out that almost no one agrees with my political views. Do you guys know what it is like to NOT be accepted for your views, thoughts, ideals, or something you wanted to make of your life?

I don't think I have any issues with short term memory. I did forget about all the details of Namo's Pm's, and I guess I was wrong.

Isn't someone willing to debate all the political issues without any personal attacks on fellow posters? It seems like it would be so EASY to give that up.

This is the thread to let stand forever. I'd love to see it locked and serve as a sentinel reminder of everything that's wrong when somebody or a group of somebodies decides they're going to invade a reasonably functioning dysfunctional community, demand attention, disrupt discussion, bait and whine.

When one of the disrupters decides to try a new tactic but fails to inform one of the others who shares his screen name, there's a disconnect. The kind of disconnect that could readily account for one version thanking somebody for their kindness while another attacks the "kind" person. It also could account for the fact that many posters feel as if they say things again and again and it doesn't seem to register with "HD" and friend(s).

That's what happens when you play games and your M.O. is disruption and alienation. You end up not liked. And not respected.

I'm not sure which "we" you're talking about. There are plenty of people on here with whom I am diametrically opposed politically and whom I have grown very fond of over the past four years and six days. So if you mean "me and" "you" when you write "we," well, I'll just point out that I get along plenty fine with those folks and even consider them to be pals. As do many others on this board. These friendships have been maintained despite the fact that you have attempted to use divide and conquer strategies.

"Goddess, sing out Goddess; Goddess, don't try to get along with them on THEIR terms ...." But they saw what you were all about right away.

Does that ring a bell? I mean, it literally may not, because "you" can't possibly know what other people write under "your" screen name, and get deleted and whatnot.

Frankly, I've been friends with many people on here whose politics are closer to yours than to mine, though I am sure none of them would like to be associated with you in any way at all. And that's not because I, or "we" don't "debate" in a way that's free of emotions or palpable tension. No, that's life. The problem, my friend, is your strategy and modus operandi. Those are the things that have rubbed the majority of people who bother to read your posts the wrong way. That's your doing, and nobody else's. Meaning of course, whoever "you" are at any given time.

I used to be curious about how old HD is because I am always curious to find out how somebody comes to be like him. And no, I don't mean politically, but to use the strategies he does.

But now, of course, it's clear that there is no answer to how old HD is because it depends on "which" HD is using the account. I guess it'd still be worth finding out how a pair or a group of people came to see the strategies they have used on this board as the way to make the friendships HD is claiming to desire come to pass.

ETA: Well, whichever of you was sucking up to Spork Goddess was using the exact same strategy -- AND VOCABULARY -- as whichever one of you was sucking up to KelRel. You see how your credibility suffers here, don't you?

I didn't come on the board to make friends. I came on the board to discuss things. Almost immediately you started calling me Chanticleer, Dakin and other such names, and people attacked me no matter what I said.

Because I came on strong from the right side of political issues, people were rude, inconsiderate, and personally demeaning.

No matter what facts are presented, they will only attack me personally.

Why can't we speak truth to power? Why can't we all agree to not personally attack any poster?
