I say Myspace too, but Facebook is good too.
I just prefer Myspace's layout and all.
I have both.

MYSPACE is for people who think sticker books are fun.
FACEBOOK is for people who think updating their resumes is fun.

Myspace was more fun when I was in the earlier years of high school and cared about who was ranked first on whose friend list...and what kind of music I thought defined me enough to have playing on my page (rather, I suppose, my space).
I have since deleted my Myspace, mostly due to spammers...and am now I little bit enamored of our darling Facebook. I think it's especially superior when it comes to college kids. Much more organized and easy to navigate, I think. However, these billion applications that have been introduced to Facebook are a bit bothersome...

Posted: 1/21/08 at 3:31pmI have both, but I literally only go on Myspace to accept friend requests and delete spam messages. Facebook is where it's at, yo.

This is going to sound stupid.
(I warned you.)
I think Facebook is classier than MySpace.

To someone who doesn't use these sites, yes it sounds stupid. However to the rest of us it sounds like perfectly normal opinion...
Interesting to note that Myspace and Facebook seem to be dividing along class/education lines. High schoolers planning to go to college tend to use Facebook more while high schoolers without plans for college tend to use Myspace.
Then there is the increasing number of adult users of Facebook especially. Facebook came into existence my sophomore year of college so it is interesting to note the transition of socialization for the better and for the worse.

Posted: 1/21/08 at 5:23pmI like both, but what bothers me about Facebook is downloading applications. It feels like everything is an application and it all takes up so much space.

facebook because there is more to do and always things going on, the way things work is superior.
myspace because, used correctly, there is a higher degree of safety and anonymnity.

You don't actually have to "download" anything, do you? I've never had to...
If by "taking up space" you mean on your profile, you can make it so that things don't show up in your profile.

Posted: 1/21/08 at 7:21pmFacebook. I had a Myspace at the end of 8th grade. On Facebook, there's like more things to do. You don't have to deal w/ all the layout/color stuff. Facebook is more private. But the one thing I don't like about Facebook are all those crazy applications. No, I don't want to be a vampire or a ninja. Some of the applications are fun like Free Gifts, Bumper Stickers, and Boombox :)
