Posted: 1/5/06 at 10:25pmI always wanted braces and a retainer. Seriously. My friends always had them, and they would be cool colors and glow in the dark and stuff. I was always so jealous. I actually asked my parents for braces when I was younger...they must have thought I was insane.

justagirl- I was in the same but different boat. In elementry school I was obsessed with people who wore glasses. I thought they were the coolest thing! I wanted them so bad. When i went to get my eyes checked I would try to fake seeing bad- it didnt work to well though.
However, when my love for glasses faze ended, I really did need glasses. Now I just HATE them! I tried contacts and didn't like them either and my parents say no to the eye surgery.
