So NYC restaurants have started putting their sanitary inspection letter grade on display. All I've seen so far are "A" grades. Can anyone produce a "B" or is there something fishy going on?

Money talks Goth.
If you got a substandard rating would you display it?

There was actually a piece on the news a month or so ago about health ratings.
According to NYC.gov, "Starting in July 2010, New York City is requiring restaurants to post letter grades that correspond to scores that it receives from its sanitary inspection. An inspection score of 0-13 is an A, 14-27 points is a B, and 28 or more points is a C. Grade cards must be posted where they can easily be seen by people passing by."
The news item focused on a few places that had gotten C's. They were, in fact, posted as required. One of them fixed the problem (often it's technical stuff that's the problem, not pests or grime or what have you) and got an A.

I think I've seen only A's, too.
According to the website, they expect "most" restaurants the first year to receive a B.
