Hey Everyone,
We are getting a 10 month old male Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy next month, and we need some name suggestions!
Preferably, the name should be easy to pronounce, and consist of two to three sylables.
Some suggestions so far:
Sweeney (as in Todd)
Porter (as in Cole)
Do you have any favorite theatrical names that you think would be perfect?
As soon as I get a photo of the pup, I'll use it as my icon.
Take Care!
Michael

i know some will say BOQ or FIYERO... ignore them...
when my ex-boyfriend brought home a 3 year old retired racing greyhound back in 1998, he had no idea what to name her, but finally settled on Amaya, which supposedly is Japanese for "night rain"... he named her this because in the first few days she was in the house, she peed in the night...

Aww! Sweeney is a great name!
I named my dog Apollo after the Greek God. I suggest going to one of those baby name websites and finding a name with a meaning that means something special to you.
Or just go with Sweeney. I love that name.
Walking by the same person you've already walked by in the dairy, produce, and frozen-food sections.

I like the name Rags. This is not from a show but i have always loved the name Chumley for a dog.
Chumley is such a cute name. I also love roofus.

SWEENEY!!! That's a great name!
And if you get a female dog, you name her Desiree.
I'm just kidding, but definately stay with Sweeney.

Not that anyone asked, but I've got a female jack russell terrier named Pickles. If I'm scolding her, it's lengthened to Pickles Louise.
For your new dog, what about something like ... oh, I dunno, something english ... TeaCozy? FishnChips? Poppins? Clive? Leciester? PoundnPence?
