Need Philly hotel recommendation

I'll be spending one night in Philly next month, and I'm looking for a hotel recommendation. Expedia shows the Club Quarters at 16th & Chestnut at a great rate. Can anyone comment on the hotel and/or the neighborhood? Thanks!

The location is great -- in the shopping and restaurant district. Rooms are small, but for one night will be fine.
The Sofitel and the Westin are nearby, but much more expensive.

And it's not too far from Woody's!

You dont even need Woody's in that location...just round the block if you want to get lucky.
