stockard, it took a long time, but my intelligence is much too insulted to keep watching the $hit they're putting on. The whole giving birth to a pillow plot was the straw that broke the camel's back for me.

I'm about ready to throw in the towel, too. What are they thinking? They've got to be getting bad feedback. I don't visit the soap boards, but I can't believe people are liking all this. Maybe I'll write a letter to someone.

I mean, the audacity of airing that scene where Colby is literally running up and down the stairs and Jake is telling her to stay upstairs while her mother gives birth to a pillow. And sending Tad over to retrieve the real baby (who knows where it was).

I'm sorry, this is more like an I Love Lucy episode than a soap.

I've had it.

Stockard said it about One Life to Live, even the Rex, Gigi and Staci story line beats giving birth to a pillow. I rather watch Roxy drunk any day than that

Even though I absolutely love Jake and Amanda and I even like JL as Liza...I will admit this whole storyline is beyond ridiculous. the only thing its good for is keeping some of the episode off of Ryan, Erica and Kendall. They totally screwed up my Aiden and Annie pairing that I was enjoying, Zach?Kendall is messed up. The only couple I have to root for is Jake/Amanda and TIIC are trying to kill them too. I seriously hate Pratt!

I have RSD...but it doesn't have me!!!!

I'm now at the point where the show is on in the background in my apt. I don't stop what I'm doing to watch it. I say this is the first step towards not watching at all.

Okay...while I agree with everything, it's really just as bad as it was a year ago, imo. Things looked up for awhile, but now they clearly have no idea where they want to go with any of the plots.

Did ANYONE wonder if the pillow would be found, since Jake did SUCH a great job hiding it? C'MON! Crap like that is such pedestrian writing...like talking in a crowded place about the "big secret" so that the wrong person hears it...who does that?! Apparently EVERYONE does that on AMC...

They are even ruining Annie's character. It's just so inconsistent. She's still the best actress on the show right now.

What was with that idiotic snap judgement to bring Tad to reveal his rememberance to the DA...which revealed NOTHING! I hate Ryan so much anymore I cannot stand it!

I have to disagree with you on that, doodle. I've never seen such idiotic trash anywhere. It couldn't get worse than what they've made out of the entire show. It's a shame, but all good things must come to an end. With me, anyway.

I didn't say Jake was perfect ..but Liza did blackmail him and I am still thinking that Liza didn't get Amandas baby. Call me crazy but he was doing too many searches on the computer looking for another baby. I think Liza got someone elses baby...NOT Amandas.JMO
No one on this show is anywhere near perfect, but Jake and Amanda are sweet, fun and alot more fun to watch than almost anyother couple on this show right. Also, as long as David doesn't get that kid I don't care who raises it, until they can prove that its really Jakes baby to begin with!!!!

I have RSD...but it doesn't have me!!!!

And the line about the baby bump cushion being something to help Liza's back ache was truly funny, and Colby actually bought it, oh lord.

I'm half watching the show today and just cracked up laughing. That scene in the hotel with Randi and the DA-the acting level of both of them is not as good as a cold reading by amateurs at Actor's Connection. Now breathe hard like you're out of breath, Randi.

Randy is an awful actress, but she is beautiful. I think her acting is getting a bit better. I dont find the DA that bad, and he's pretty cute. We need to find a plot for him so he's shirtless most of the time. That'd pick things up around here!!
