I haven't seen either of my soaps in days. What's going on with Kendall's trial?

Ugh...her trial was about to start and Zach and Ryan broke her out via the....wait....get this....bathroom window!!
They had the two kids (Jake decided to help out because he guessed what they were doing when Ryan asked him for a 3 month supply of the deaf kid's meds) and were going to send them off with Kendal. Zach had it all planned, but Kendal couldnt take Spike away from Ryan...boo hoo....they finally convinced her in the nick of time, but not in enough time to take the kids (what?!)
It was so stupid and weird. They clearly didnt know what to do with this idea.
She got as far as the marina where JR and his kid are having an outing with Marissa showing up on an errand from Liza...and the cops are snooping all around. I guess the courthouse is right next to the marina. Kendall hides out in some shack by the boat she's supposed to get on, when two policemen stop the captain to question him. Oh, Jesse's daughter is, of course, one of the cops looking around the marina and she comes across Marissa right outside the shack Kendall is in...they are literally chitchatting about how Kendall hasnt been seen and then Kendall pops out of that shack and gives in. IT WAS IDIOTIC!
Now she's in jail and apparently haunted by the fact that she's guilty, so now she's screaming it to everyone.
Jake and Ryan are in hot water. I wonder what's going to happen to those 3 kids! Corrina is going to have some big bill!

I thought there was a doubt as to whether it was Henry's baby (didn't Frankie get some text to the effect it might not be his?) so maybe she freaked and aborted it? But if she already knew she was pregnant when she was at the hotel with Henry then how could it have been his?
And how did Jesse ever know that Randi was there in that hotel in the first place? Did she call him after she killed Henry?

Henry was the D.A. who was hell bent on convicting Kendall of Stuart's murder. He had had an affair with Randi when she was a prostitute, and he bribed her into meeting him at a hotel, where she promptly hit him in the head with a bookend - effectively killing him. Jesse somehow showed up and they put him in his car and made it look like he died in a car wreck.
