I missed how they got to that house or why she's squatting there, but they do seem to know each other from before and were romatically involved.
The show was preempted for the Yankees parade, so it may have aired then.
The stupid email wrangling is just the sort of plot line that drives me crazy.
And I want to punch Amanda too. She'll end up with David fer sure...leave Jake to be happy with someone else!

Yeah the e-mail thing is bugging me too.
I can't believe Amanda wouldn't just wait another month. Yuck...how could she have had sex with David?

I want Scott for Christmas.
"The gods who nurse this universe think little of mortals' cares. They sit in crowds on exclusive clouds and laugh at our love affairs. I might have had a real romance if they'd given me a chance. I loved him, but he didn't love me. I wanted him, but he didn't want me. Then the gods had a spree and indulged in another whim. Now he loves me, but I don't love him." - Cole Porter

that's odd - I'm watching it now and don't notice anything unusual about her lower lip. Maybe she fixed it yesterday!

I think it may have been an affectation rather than something physical.

While there hasn't been a lot to love on my beloved soap lately, I am THRILLED that Jill Larsen, Opal is making the move to LA--I was sure she'd be one of the casualties as she's not on contract. Luckily it seems that Charles Pratt, for all his faults, loves writing for the character.
Now since James Mitchell has made it clear he's too sick to continue with the show and is retired I hope they can give Palmer SOME sort of send off, maybe with the 40th anniversary shows before it moves to LA. He'll really be missed by me, though AMC/ABC was classy enough to keep him on full contract until he requested to be retired (there was a good recent interview with him for aCanadian journal where he talked about it, as well as briefly talking about his amazing Broadway and ballet careers before he got into soaps with Where the Heart Is in 69)
Growing up whenever I was sick or something bad happened my mom would make warm milk...

I can't wait to see what happens with the security tape Adam set up to catch Scott and Annie.....
Really Eric? I've only heard of it as a sleep aid kind of thing. I don't like milk unless it is ice cold though so maybe that's why.

I have a hard time looking at Scott without giggling ever since the gossipy TVguide.ca soaps guy, Nelson B has started throwing blind items out about the huge size of his, umm, manhood.
Yeah warm milk is meant to be good for calming your nerves too, etc--there's also something that changes in the milk when you scald it so that it becomes soothing to your stomach (I swear this is a medical fact, not just something I'm repeating cuz my mom told me as a kid... I swear :P )

LOL!
I wonder if David will somehow end up being held at least partially responsible for Stuart's murder. I mean he IS responsible after all.

And what did Tad mean when he told Zach it wasn't Aiden that was the problem with Kendall?

I think Aiden told Tad that Kendall was falling in love with him. So when he said Aiden wasn't the problem - he meant that Kendall was the problem. I think.

Not sure if anyone heard the good news yet over the weekend, but it is on the various soap opera websites. Supposedly an offical statement from ABC is coming tomorrow, Monday,

WHAT?? This is BRILLIANT> Aside from Agnes Nixon miraculously becoming headwriter again, Broderick is the ONLY one I want in the position! WOW
If this is true I'll be thrilled

As much as a bad fit as Pratt was for AMC I admit I'm even more excited about Broderick coming in if this is true. Seriously, she's the only current writer I can think of out there who could bring the show even somewhat back to its glory days as the best soap on air. It's too hilarious I help mod a soap forum but have gotten so bored with the show that I find out this info here--but yeah it seems to be legit!
Best40th Anniversary Present the show coulda gotten (well that and the writing off of Zack and Kendall

The writing off of Zach and Kendall?????? OH NO! What will I do without my Kendall? I'm sure another soap will grab her.

Yeah for now anyway--Alicia M didn't wanna make the move just after giving birth. Thorsten K's wife is on One Life of course and didn't wanna leave New York--I think he migth return to One Life. Rumour is the cast was getting quite fed up with his Diva ways. I like the character of Kendall and liked her but the show has relied on her way way too much and it'll be good to have a break.
Pretty excited to read all thecharacter returns for the 40th anniversary week
if only they could get back my beloved Julia Barr/Brooke
