Yeah for now anyway--Alicia M didn't wanna make the move just after giving birth. Thorsten K's wife is on One Life of course and didn't wanna leave New York--I think he migth return to One Life. Rumour is the cast was getting quite fed up with his Diva ways. I like the character of Kendall and liked her but the show has relied on her way way too much and it'll be good to have a break.
Pretty excited to read all thecharacter returns for the 40th anniversary week if only they could get back my beloved Julia Barr/Brooke
Who's thorston's wife on OLTL? and alicia's pregnant? I never even noticed it.
Wait a minute - Jack Montgomery is off the show? when did that happen and how?

You didn't notice Alicia was wearing a bit looseroutfits? (the woman is SOO thin it doesn't show much)
Thorston is married to the actress who plays Marty. They met when he was on OLTL as Patrick Thornheart for years--a role he'll return to I assume.
Jack was taken off contract. He's been filming scenes for the40thanniversary but then I expect he'll be written out but in good news much to my shock Brooke is back for the 40th! (along with people we knew like Hayle, Nina from the 80s, Greg, etc
aww, that's sad about Walt Willey - he's one of the longtimers.
I noticed Alicia was pregnant a long time ago....LOL
I think small people show pregnancy alot faster than heavy people.
Here is another article about Charles Pratt being fired, I knew he was bad, but I realize how much people couldn't stand him.

As the cast and crew of All My Children get ready to pack up and head to Los Angeles, they'll also have to get used to someone new penning the action in Pine Valley. Charles Pratt, Jr. has been relieved of his duties as head writer. Pratt joined the show in June 2008.
All My Children fans were up-ended earlier this year when ABC announced that it was transitioning production of the show to the West Coast. Now comes another surprising turn: the show will be moving on without its head writer. ABC is now confirming a report made earlier today by soapcentral.com: Charles Pratt, Jr. has been fired as head writer of All My Children.
Pratt's first day at the helm of All My Children was June 23, 2008. Upon his hiring, Brian Frons, president, Daytime, Disney-ABC Television Group, referred to Pratt as "a master storyteller" and touted Pratt's work experience as something that would "undoubtedly elevate All My Children stories in new and exciting directions."
Fans, however, have felt otherwise. Over the past six months, viewers have inundated soapcentral.com's mailboxes with complaints about the direction of the show. What was to have been a complex and mysterious murder mystery -- the "Who Killed Stuart?" storyline -- dragged on too long in the eyes of many fans, and most have expressed dissatisfaction with the plot's resolution. Other viewers have threatened to tune out and a soap columnist even urged viewers to boycott the show until Pratt was fired.
In three years, All My Children has had three head writing regimes. In February 2007, the ABC soap dismissed Megan McTavish as its head writer amid complaints that the show had become too dark. Three months later, Barbara Esensten and James Harmon Brown were unveiled as co-head writers. A year later, Esensten and Brown were out and Pratt was in.
Though the network confirms Pratt's ouster, ABC declined to offer additional comment. A replacement for Pratt has yet to be named. Daytime Confidential reports that former AMC head writer Lorraine Broderick will act as interim head writer to assist in the transition to a new writer.

Pratt was bad but he did at least give the show movement--when B/E were writing there was essentially ONE story for the entire show and every day was exactly the same. So I have to admit as many times as he caused my mouth to hang open in shock about a bizarre plot twist or out of character characterization I did at least watch the show more closely than i had in a while.
But I really really hope Broderick agrees to return full time--she really is the show's last chance, IMHO, before it completely loses the sense it had during its great first 25 or so years.
Never mind, I don't know what I'm talking about.
I actually enjoyed today's episode.
David's gotta be kidding!
And where did the old Colby go?
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.
Puppies are babies in fur coats.
Tinfoil...The Terrorizing Terminator
David's like a child.
I was wondering what happened to the old Colby. Maybe she wasn't making the transfer so they introduced the new one early?
Is he really dying? Or is this just another line of bull?
I was wondering about Colby too.
Line of bull, as he just explained to the baby!
They go thru Colby's like kleenex! This one stinks so far.
Yeah, I posted that right before he said that to the baby.
I hate David......
Yes, this new Colby isn't very good....LOL

My friend says Colby actress was great inthe Chorus Line tour--at least she has a theatre or acting background unlike the last two who were just wretched--I think this one is so far decent enough I'm ok with seeing if she'll grow into the role
I don't have a problem with her so far either. She looks a bit like the last one, also.
today's the day the show moves to LA. But I'm sure they have a couple of weeks already taped before we see the difference.
I had to run for a train that was late anyway this morning...what happened at the end of the eppie? I saw Adam at the hospital?
Oh, yesterday? Adam was acquitted and ran to the hospital to tell Annie the good news.
Did you see JR tell Adam that he had cancer but that it's in remission?
I saw that...and Colby asking to move home...and I saw Adam with Annie, then leaving.
I thought I'd explode with the new Colby and the teenage mother in a scene together. Such bad acting!
I was wondering what the episode capper was. I saw Adam sitting in the waiting area of the hospital, I think.
hmmm, I can't remember anything significant.
As for the new Colby, I don't know. She's very short and doesn't seem to fit in as a Colby - OR a Chandler. I still don't have a big problem with the teenage mother yet.
The View today-special edition to say goodbye to AMC. On now!
and Rebecca Budig is on - yay! she just said She's coming back as Greenlee!
