Jane - I was thinking EXACTLY that today..it's definitely going to be a "miracle" birth! It's soooo obvious. As for those other inane story lines - who the **** cares? Pls delete Kendall. And the drug cartel thugs plot - eek. The only thing that would be interesting is if Liza is preggo. Hopeful thinking.

tiny, you and I have different tastes in AMC.
First, I LOVE Kendall. Besides the fact that I met her and she was a doll, lol, I think she's gorgeous and I love her character as written. I'm anxious to see how she finally learns that the priest is a killer.
I'm blase about Madison, her baby, Scott, and Ryan etc.
The actress of Annie must be on vacation or something but I'd like to see what she did to turn Emma into a zombie when they resume that plot line.
I don't care if Liza is preggers or not, I'm also bored with that whole thing.
I guess the only things I'm interested in are Kendall and the priest and Angie.

Melissa Claire Egan, Annie, is leaving the soap. I'm not sure if she'll be back to resolve the plot, however.
I guess the Proactive commercials propelled her into prime time territory.
Sad, she's the best actress on the show, but the character's become annoying.

I"m sorry to hear that. She was one of the best. I wonder if they'll just write both her and Emma off?

this would be very sad new for me. Having watched AMC since the first day, it's like losing a part of myself. What a shame~
as a side note-I can't believe they made no fuss, no mention, of David Canary ending his award winning, long-running character. also a shame.

I am a loyal fan from the beginning, but it is God awful! Has been for years. I was hoping the new writers & move to Cali would help , but it hasn't. One Life has become such a superior show. I find myself very bored most of the time. I am sure Tad and Cara are going to fall in love. I like them together. The rest of it, zzzzzzzzz!

Once they hired those new writers a while back, the show started sucking for me with those ridiculous story lines. Then when they fired those writers, and brought in the ones they have now, I thought things would improve but no such luck.

It just baffles me how great the Michael Nouri character was at first! On the mountain - mysterious, gruff, cute, etc... And now, it's so dull and underused. They finally get a great, experienced actor and don't give it "oomph!

If this is true (and sadly I am assuming it is) it will be sad. They have lost so many of their iconic roles James Mitchell, Eileen Herlie, Ruth Warrwick and David Canary (how I loved him in his dual roles) This does not come as too big a shock. I have prided myself as being "soap free" for a very long time, I will turn in for the end.
