I'm imagining Kendall marrying Ricky then finding out that her second husband killed her first one.

What's going on with Griff? taking a vacation while he's in jail? What about that vague romance growing between him and Kendall? So many questions, so few answers~

Except, much to my surprise, we've seen him shirtless what--three times? (If you don't count his campy intro video on ab.com where he was shirtless the whole time). It's amazing that AMC seems to currently be the soap with the lowest instances of male partial nudity--much less than back in the day (and since I watch the beyond campy One Life to Live as well it stands out all the more, since they tend to have three shirtless men an episode...)

AMC is finally picking up (if not ratings wise at least quality)--I say bring on Broderick's writing.

It's official -- the soap opera era is officially DEAD ... now that ABC has announced they have cancelled "All My Children" and "One Life to Live."

"All My Children" has been on the air since 1970 ... and "One Life to Live" debuted in 1968.

The only soap remaining on ABC is "General Hospital."

ABC released a statement saying, "Guided by extensive research into what today’s daytime viewers want and the changing viewing patterns of the audience, ABC is evolving the face of daytime television with the launch of two new shows."

The replacement shows will focus on health and food.

Shevonne -- our resident soap opera junkie -- is literally crying in the back of our office right now.

Okay - AMC fans (here): your synopsis "story" for the rest of the year??

I KNOW you guys are better writers than THAT AMC group.
Who gets killed? Who gets married? Who gets unmarried? Who comes back to life?? Who's murdered? Will Oprah guest star? Will there be any other guest stars? Will it become an off-off Bway niche show a la BRADY BUNCH?

Well Zach will definitely come back. Tad and Cara will really start to love each other. Erica and Jack will get married. Ricky will die. Amanda and Jake will have another baby. Jesse will go to jail for all of his cop crimes. Angie will get her sight back.

hmmm, since it's the very end, I guess they will want to finish with a sappy sentimental deneuement, so I'll also say that Erica and Jack will finally be together.

I think Ricky will meet his due end, but I'm not sure about Zach coming back. If Griff doesn't die, I think he and Kendall end up together.

David should also meet his due fate, and JR probably gets back with Marissa.

No matter what happens, I'm pissed that they made nothing of their second most important actor, David Canary's finish on the show.

Dottie-word was, at first, that Canary was only going to act the role of Adam but not Stuart. So they killed off Stuart. Then the word out was that Canary was retiring from the show. So, one day, he and Brooke rode off together in the sunset and they haven't been seen since.

Fine, but although Canary hasn't passed away, I feel something's remiss in his sudden absence. It's second only to the leaving of Susan Lucci, if she ever decided to do the same-if no hoopla were to be made.

After all, if I'm not mistaken, David Canary won more Emmy's for that show than anyone else. Besides that, he played dual roles, and I think he was superb at both.

Loved him on the show!

David Canary didn't want to make the move to LA, so Adam left Pine Valley with Brooke.

Yep, someone kidnapped Erica right before her rehearsal dinner. She's trapped in a room that is designed to look just like her bedroom at home. There is a camera on her, and an electronically altered voice is talking to her.

Janie! Greg Madden was the one who took the baby when Erica supposedly had her abortion and implanted it into his own wife. They raised Josh as their own. He was played by Ian Buchanan, who played Duke Lavery on GH.

I hung out with Cheyenne Jackson in his dressing room waayyyyyy before he tickled D2.

Wait, Greg Madden was played by Duke Lavery? Or Josh was played by Duke Lavery? Because when Zach killed Josh it was a dude way younger than Duke Lavery? I'm so confused.
