Perhaps she really doesn't know what makes what she is doing "trollish."
We should differentiate a post that discusses versus a post that trolls.

For example, in discussing human rights violations in Russia, a discussion post that questions the original topic would be something like this:
"What's going on in Russia is truly deplorable. True, many of the Russian people support it but it could be due to many reasons, etc. etc"

A troll post would be something like this:
"Many Americans would support the anti-gay bill too"

For crying out loud, we know there are bigoted Americans. But that is not what the thread is about. It's about condemning and voicing against the rights violations in Russia!

Perhaps this wasn't the best example but it's the quickest one I can think of of trying to derail the conversation to inflame or re-direct.
