so earlier this spring we went to some of the most incredible museums in the world. in each and everyone of them, our chaperon suggested we not do any of the English/American tours cuz according to the tour guides, the American Tours are usually unruly ... taking pictures where told not to, dressing inappropriately, going behind the ropes, constantly eating where they are told they cant, cell phones etc. pretty much being selfish and stupid

They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.
