Only the people he's about to kill...he straps them naked to a makeshift operating table with yards of Saran Wrap and starts slicing them up while they're alive.
Fun times.
I really enjoy the show, but I cannot STAND the Sgt. Doakes character...the lines they give him are straight out of the Fisher Price "My First Script" Workshop; he is also a very poor actor, IMHO...however, the body on that man MORE than makes up for it.
I also really hate his sister...not only does she look like she's half-horse (but we let SJP get away with it, so it's ok), but she is a TERRIBLE actress!!!!! She also really doesn't have much of a point, except perhaps to highlight the inhumanity of Dexter's sociopathology. (She obviously loves him tremendously, and as his only extant family, they make a point of showing how he PRETENDS to love her back, but he really feels nothing).
There could also perhaps be a *tiny* bit less narration...but I sort of like it.
The writing needs to be cleaned up a bit, but it's a great show...(remember SATC the first season? UGH!!!)
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you.
Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.
