...looks fantastic. I love this poster. I want it on my wall. The film also looks great. I can't wait for June 18!!
LOVE IT!!
I would love it if Disney put out this image as a puzzle!
Have you seen the "ad" they released?

The only thing I dislike about the poster (slash future puzzle because I agree it would be super) is that some of the characters from the first 2 are missing.
The only character that I remember from the first two that is missing is Little Bo.
... and this isn't new. It's been posted at my movie theatre for a few months now.
The 3D artwork for the first two movies (when they were re-released in 3D) really creeped me out. It was a 3D poster, and the eyes would follow you. Really freaky.

While I do like the cover art- I dislike the concept of the movie. I mean why do we need a THIRD one? We didn't need a second one to begin with, really- I mean, what haven't we covered? What loose plot points are we just dying to know that needs to be solved? The first one was so great- but they really should've left it at that.

I guess you could argue that some REALLY minor characters aren't there (i.e. Rocky, Lenny, etc.) but I wouldn't expect them to play major roles. Bo Peep to my knowledge is playing a very small role in this movie- if you look at the footage of the daycare, she's not there. Which makes sense given that she's really part of a lamp, I guess.

Really? I thought "Toy Story 2" was wonderful. I think it's one of the rare sequels that's better than the original. And given that Pixar's only miss for me was "Cars", I'm pretty much going to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Saw it at my local cinema weeks ago. Love it!
Why not make a third movie? These are movies an entire generation grew up with. Setting up the movie of Andy going to college and giving away his toys seems to be a very realistic route for the story. The second one was great and some argue better than the first (it was great but the first Toy Story was like a life-changing experience) with the tables turning from the first one when Woody discovers his legend and also the story of Jessie. I am glad the third movie actually goes by in real time when Andy is college-age. Plus I really love the additional character eg the Ken Doll from what I have seen in the previews.
I also think that making a third was a good move.
The first one came out when my brothers and I were in that age group, and it's really personal to be ending my second year of college while my brother is just getting ready to go and now we get to see Disney take Andy to college.
I think enough time has passed between now and the second that it's more an exciting revisiting to an established classic rather than just another sequel.
The second film was not only better than the first, it was the best film of that year, period.
^^^Agreed.
I cannot wait for this movie. From the day I saw the first trailer I put it on my calendar.

The premise of this one is Andy is going off to college to college and gets rid of his toys. The concept revolves around what happens when toys are outgrown and discarded. It sounds fascinating and not at all superfluous.
I saw it in Times Square the other day and thought back to this thread, haha.
