re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

Bite it.

You know better than anyone here that I am MORE than sufficiently qualified to be his birthday present, dammit.
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

Can one be called a "boy" when he turns 30????

I'm *so* easily tempted.

Happy birthday, sailor.

I was being, um, metaphorical? :) *looks around innocently*

Silly boy, you should know better than that...I'm ALWAYS free for the asking.

re: new york welcomes popcultureboy!

OK, you threadjacking bitches, I have a question for you all. What the PHOO happened to the weather? Yesterday was guh-lorious, today the world is ending. I even fell down in the ice on 49th Street, one of those comedy falls where your legs go out from under you so fast, you become horizontal in midair before hitting the ground. Joyous.

So I went to try and get a standing room ticket to Julius Caesar but they still had some top price tickets to sell. Given the weather, I didn't fancy their chances of selling them, so I went and got a balcony ticket to All Shook Up. A fabulous cast are working as hard as they can with the naffest book imaginable, bless them. It fell JUST short of being total brainless fun, which was annoying, but Cheyenne Jackson is so smoking hot, it was fine. Can I have HIM for my birthday please?

Speaking of my birthday, it officially starts in 49 minutes.....
Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.
