Several unspoken rules, if i may-
1-don't take anything personally, even if you're told to take it personally;
2-correct usage of the english language goes a long way and
3-several members are insane. They are 'one flew over the cukoo's nest' crazy. I will not spoil the fun of that discovery for you.
