Not Feeling Warm & Fuzzy About This

According to one of Obamas aides, if they were to get Bin Laden they feel he should have access to US courts

Yeah, and then the court system will do what needs to be done...

That's the whole point of the court system...

I agree with Obama, although I'm not really sure about how the finding him a jury of his peers thing would work exactly.

I agree with Obama's Aides also. Should we NOT be the Standard Bearers? Did we not oversee that Saddam Hussein had a trial? Was his trial not in the country where his atrocities occurred? Why not give Osama access to the American Court System? Are you saying Mr Roxy you have no faith in it to do what is right?

Put him on trial, but good luck finding an unbiased judge and jury!

There's a HUGE difference between habeus corpus and full American constitutional rights. The impact of the recent SCOTUS decision is being greatly exaggerated by the Republicans.

We put the terrorists behind the first WTC attack on trial and incarcerated them. Sounds like a plan.

For the record, Obama, AND NOT MCCAIN, is advocating aggressively going after Al Qaeda in Afghanistan and Pakistan, INCLUDING THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE. McCain advocates continuing to pursue 'victory' in Iraq.
