I'm not quite sure I'm ready to give up acting altogether JUST yet. I think I just might try out for my school's production of CHICAGO. I have no idea what to sing. I need one Kander and Ebb song (32 bars) and one contrasting non-K&E song. Can anyone help me out? Lyric baritone....uh....male....nothing too "showy" (I'm a novice amongst novices).

Sing your pedophile version of "All I Care About"!!!
You actually do sound really good on that song, so I'm not just being a bitch
Other than that, you could probably do 32 bars of "Married" from Cabaret.
I'm sure you could sing any of the Emcee's songs in a lower octave, or, as Kitzarina suggested do "Married". But as far as the Emcee's songs go;
"Two Ladies"
"The Money Song"
"If You Could See Her" (less showy of the other ones listed)
Or, if you can get a hold of the sheet music, you can do Cliff's "Why Should I Wake Up?"
However those may not work for your voice, so maybe the best bet is "Tomorrow Belongs To Me".
As for a non-K&E song, maybe "Pretty Women" from Sweeney Todd...
That's all I got for now.

Take a look and/or have a listen to The Happy Time. All those songs written for Robert Goulet, the baritone's baritone at least then. Look at specifically "I Don't Remember You" or the title song. One is a ballad, the other a bit of an uptune.
Then find your other Bob Goulet song in the opposite tempo in his non-K&E stuff.
Goulet in his prime, was no joke. He was the real deal. There is a reason he won a Tony for Happy Time.
****And if you still feel like a douche, well I confess, sometimes so do I, but I usually wait until I get home before proceeding further.

Kander and Ebb song - Marta or She's A Women from The Kiss of the Spiderwoman. Both great songs that show off range really well for the lyric baritone.
