I would skip the Fiddler on the Roof if you plan on getting the revival recording. I regret buying it because there is nothing special about it.

you can definitely do without bye bye birdie.
and it depends on what your taste is.
where you going to get the chicago cast recording or the movie soundtrack? id go with the movie soundtrack. granted, ive only heard the revival but i hated it. just my 2 cents.

I say go for Into the Woods. If you do, I recommend the Original Cast, but the Revival is also good.

as for CHICAGO I like the LONDON revival CD better. there's more material included (except for the "I Can't Do It Alone" reprise. I don't understand why they didn't include that.) but it does have the act one finale which is AWESOME and Ruthie Henshall ROCKS!!!
